On 24th November, 2016 there was held a literary evening “December is the spirit of Independence” dedicated to the 25thanniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized inLibrary and Information Center. There was shown a video “Independence is the spirit of people”, the students recited poems and sang songs. Kairat Yemberdiyev, a student of the specialty “General Medicine”read a poemthat he wrote himself. The visitorsfamiliarized with the book exhibition “The wind of December is the wind of change”. At the end of the evening,the library employees thanked everyone for theirvisitingand each speaker waspresented a gift.
