• systematic scientific and efficient acquisition of the library stock by documents in accordance with the educational and professional programs, curricula and subjects of scientific research of the Academy;
• consideration of documents arriving and leaving from the library stock. Technical processing of documents;
• cataloging of documents;
• organization and management of reference and search tools of the library.
